GirlNovember in Minecraft

Three miles on the treadmill.  Completed two lessons on Japanesepod101.com and learned a few new phrases in Japanese.  Installed new braided hoses on the washing machine.  Helped John with a broken power outlet in his room.  Showered.  Time to play!

Last night after John and I quit playing Minecraft on a shared server, I jumped back into Minecraft 1.7.4 and encountered Sunflowers for the first time.  I was excited about this until I realized they don’t do anything yet, besides make yellow dye and effectively hide creepers.  Very pretty.  I crafted a crude shelter for the night and ended up sticking around for the sheep and chickens.  May move on or create a new world in my next visit.

Edit:  Ok, i familiarized myself with some Japanese phrases, but when quizzed, proved I didn’t learn them.
