Kitty Toast In The Making!

Just a quick mid-week* post to share the Kitty Toast process!  

Since we have a small kitchen, and a shortage of counter space, the HK toaster currently sits on the kitchen table.  This means I sit and stare at it most mornings at breakfast.  However when I’m ready to create a Toast Post, I shift the toaster to the counter, pop in a couple of slices of bread and let the toaster do its magic.  Recently, I’ve been using stale white sandwich bread.  This weekend I’ll be experimenting with a fresh loaf of potato bread!

Side note: We actually own plates and use them, but for some reason I’ve managed to photograph toast on paper towels the past two sessions.  I’ll have to think ahead this weekend.

We’re about to have a quick taste of winter weather here in northern VA.  If you’re in the area too, be safe and stay warm!
